Flatware, dinnerware, mugs, cups, knifes, steak knifes, kitchen utensils, goblets, cristal glasses, plastics, jars and casseroles. Two queen beds, 2 full bunker beds with a twin bed. Bed linens, pillows and bath towels, beach chairs, beach towels. Iron and mini iron table. Washer and Dryer. Air conditioner in the 3 bedrooms. Stand Fan in the livinroom. Dinning furniture for 6 and 2 wood stools. Beautiful sofa and rest chairs. Hot water line heater. Rolling shades curtains in 3 bedrooms. Water filter for drinkable water. Waste triturator in the sink. Access to swimming pool and Beach access. 2 private parking. Controlled access with beeper. Cocktail table and 2 chairs on balcony. Water tank. Fire extinguish. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Take care of the apartment. PLEASE DONT SMOKE IN THE APTARMENT, BALCONY NEITHER ELEVATOR AREA. SMOKE AREAS: PARKING, OUT OF CONDOMINUM AREA AND BEACH. More than 2 vehicles? You must to leave and park outside condominium, near or beside the front gate. Security and administration employees would request your information for registration and security purposes, please be patient. PLEASE WATCH YOUR CHILDREN FROM PLAY IN THE ELEVATOR, STAIRS AND BALCONY AREA. We will rent you a cleaned and suitable apartment. We want that you enjoy your vacation time and only will request from you that you leave it organized and a little cleaned. Please leave no garbage, clean the refrigerator, dont leave any food, do the dishes and accomodate it, clean the kitchen tops, oven and appliances you used and swept the floor. We will wash and dry the linens and towels, do the bedrooms, clean the baths, clean dust, swept the floor and clean crystal windows. Thank you.
IMPORTANT: As in all rental contracts, you can use all the communal facilities and amenities our condominium can offer upon availability. If for any reason these facilities are not available during your stay, we are not responsible and are not part of our rental contract. The condominium administration is responsible to repair and give maintenance to these communal facilities. We will not return you any money of your paid reservation as an indemnization for the unused condominium's communal facilities. Example: elevator, swimming pool, gazebo,etc. We also don't return any money if for reasons out of our contract you decide to leave the apartment before the check-out date. Example: personal situations, illness, natural incidents, like floods, huricanes, tornadoes, rains, high tide, etc.
WHAT IS A CREDIT CARD PRE AUTHORIZATION FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT?*
Is a Pre-authorization of funds. Similar to hotels' procedures, a pre-authorization of your credit card is where our administration "hold" the deposit amount for security deposit and then release it upon departure if the guests have not caused any damage to the apartment. (These charges often appear as pending transactions in a merchant account.) This is not a Reservation Deposit. You only give us the information for the pre-authorization purposes. If you don't have a credit card available, we can accept you cash , traveler checks or a money order for $200 at the check in time which will be returned to you after check-out if no damages, or losses are reported.
