Now you can subscribe to your vacations.  Costa del Mar 505B offers you the opportunity to reserve your vacations and pay in 4 installments.  It is easy.  Select your vacations date. E-mail the owner when you would like to stay and your information.  They will confirm you the availability dates and then you go to subscribe.  We use the secure PayPal system to monthly charge you the installment until you pay your entire reservation.  You must be paid in full 10 days before the date of reservation.

Subscription program will be effective starting on December 2009. Your stay date must be reserved with at least 4 months in advance.  If you want to place a reservation in a date before 4 months, you have to go to our regular RESERVATION page.

  • IF YOU MAKE A SUBSCRIPTION FOR A RESERVATION OF 7 DAYS AND 6 NIGHTS AND PLACE ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION AFTER AT LEAST  3 MONTHS AFTER THIS STAY,  WE WILL DEDUCT $100 ON THE SECOND STAY. 3D/2N MINIMUM STAY.
  • Our subscribers are very special to us.  They will receive special offers JUST FOR SUBSCRIBERS like  discounts on low season stays and we honor all subscriber offers no matter the dates they choose.  Remember that  our offers are upon availability of dates.
  • When you do a subscription, we will send you our terms and conditions by e-mail or US mail.  When you paid in full your stay subscription, we will lend you  a Rental Contract for the stay.  Our Manager will contact you for the details of the stay and arriving.  You will be received on the gate of the Condominium and he will give you the gate beeper, apartment's keys and general apartment's information.
  • *  If for any reason you have to cancel your stay, we will offer you another date upon the availability of dates to you with a 10% cancellation fee of the total stay. You have to notify us your interest in cancel by phone or e-mail with at least two weeks before the stay date, If you want a total cancellation, we will retain a 15% of the total of the stay and we will make you a refund to your credit card.
  • ** We request a credit card deposit  warranty, refundable fee of $200 for possible property damages. If after check-out there is not any loss or damage to the property, nothing will be charged to your credit card. 
  • You cannot combine two offers at the same stay.  For example:  Low season offers do not apply to the offers to subscribers as benefits or discount.  We will apply the offer corresponding to the promotion. Some low season offers require the full payment of the stay in one or two payments.
